2. Is is fair to prohibit the reexamination of cases for young people convicted under the Child Protection Act of 1995 whose sentence would have been reduced under the "Romeo and Juliet" amendment passed in 2006? YES NO
3. Should the State of Georgia invest more resources to provide automobile owners access to alternative fuel throughout the state? YES NO
4. When Congress voted to reauthorize PeachCare, should the state have lowered the income eligibility to limit its growth? YES NO
5. Should the Georgia General Assembly support efforts by the federal government to adopt immigration reform legislation as opposed to addressing the issue on a local level? YES NO
6. Should the state extend from 30 days to six months the waiting period to obtain an uncontested divorce if the couple has minor children, or four months when there are no children? YES NO
7.With only 56% of our students graduating from high school, should the State of Georgia restore the funding cuts to our local schools and expend additional resources to improve graduation rates and test scores? YES NO

9. Should the State of Georgia abolish the current tax structure and institute a comprehensive flat tax where the state would require payment of 5.75% personal income tax and 5.75% sales tax? YES NO
